Is it possible to return the oil bottles?
The product can be returned as long as it is in new condition within 14 days from delivery date. Once the sticker of the oil bottle is removed, or 14 days passed the product cannot be returned.

No, there is no cost for the return.
How can I return the item?
Kindly contact our team for a return and the product shall be returned to our office if in Muscat.
In case outside Muscat, the product shall be returned in coordination with the shipping company.
Can we return the accessories?
Yes. accessories can be returned within 14 days if not used.
In case of manufacturer fault, the product can be returned and the product value shall be refunded within 15 to 20 days or it can be considered as a credit to purchase an other item.
